Simplifying the complex

After joining HMS Valuation Partners in 1997, Wade Blundell quickly became a partner in 1999. Wade has tirelessly dedicated himself to the firm’s clients and has taken primary responsibility for overseeing the business valuations, most commonly for physician medical practices (all specialties), diagnostic imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, dialysis centers, and physical therapy centers. In addition, Wade also oversees the fixed asset valuation and timeshare lease valuation service lines within the firm. With considerable valuation experience, Wade has completed thousands of valuation engagements in the healthcare industry and takes pride in guiding clients through the most challenging and complicated valuation arrangements.


Wade received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans. He went on to develop careers as an Auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, a Regional Vice President for a medical practice management company, and a Partner with HMS Valuation Partners.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
Compete in team sports at the playground, and play basketball with friends in my driveway under a single spotlight until our parents dragged us inside for the night, only to be at it again the next day.

As a big kid, I like to. . .
Spend time with my family, play golf with my buddies, and attend college football games during the fall.

One of the things I hope to do. . .
Attend the final round of The Masters.
