Chip will join a panel with Elizabeth Willoughby Harrell from HCA Healthcare and Courtney Hurtig from Phelps Dunbar LLP titled, “Competing Priorities: Addressing Health Care Workforce Shortages and Non-Compete Challenges,” exploring the legal and financial implications of ongoing provider shortages and evolving non-compete laws.
The session will cover key issues shaping today’s healthcare landscape, including workforce constraints, the impact of non-compete developments across jurisdictions, and the financial and operational challenges organizations are navigating in response.
