About the numbers

Sherry Larson joined HMS Valuation Partners in 2000, and her primary responsibilities with HMS include HMS accounting, payroll, HR assistance, and final report compilation and review. For the past 12 years, Sherry has been instrumental in handling the accounting functions for the firm, while keeping all accounts in order and up-to-date. She has also overseen payroll for the past 10+ years.

Experienced

Sherry graduated from the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Business Administration with honors. In a previous position, Sherry worked in a physician’s office scheduling patients, following up with pharmacies and patients, and being available for various office tasks. The background knowledge she gained from this experience made her transition to HMS a smooth one, as she well understands what matters to HMS clients and their businesses.

Efficient

Planning ahead is important to Sherry, and she enjoys delivering an efficient work product for our clients. She strives to let her work show for itself, while being thorough with attention to detail.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
To play softball and to beat my big brothers in ping pong.

Spend time with my husband and four kids, read, run, go to movies, eat out, and root for the Cubs and Saints.
