As a member of the HMS Valuation Partners team, Chris focuses on analysis and market research for fixed asset valuations and lease rate valuations, including furniture, equipment, supplies, telephone numbers, trade names, websites, and assembled workforce assets. He also assists with the furniture and equipment components of timeshare lease valuations.

Chris is known for his strong work ethic and high level of integrity, bringing consistent effort and attention to each project he supports.

Experienced

Chris graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, with a focus in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. He began his career as a fitness instructor and aquatic therapist before transitioning into management roles in the manufacturing industry, where he supervised staff and managed production output.

His background in both healthcare and operations provides him with a strong understanding of medical equipment and supports his ability to assess value in a variety of contexts.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
Playing games with other kids in the neighborhood, especially snow skiing, soccer and volleyball, as well as enjoying family vacations.
