As a Valuation Analyst with HMS Valuation Partners, Collin Putty provides research and analysis to support real estate valuation engagements for healthcare clients. His work includes collecting and analyzing market data, assisting with fair market value determinations, and supporting valuation assignments involving medical office properties, timeshare arrangements, and other healthcare-related real estate assets.
Collin contributes to a variety of valuation projects by conducting research, compiling data, and assisting with the development of well-supported valuation reports. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy to every engagement.
Experienced
Collin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Thomas Edison University. Prior to joining HMS, he gained experience in customer service, operations, and business management through positions with Nike and The Escape Game, as well as managing a successful dry-cleaning business.
His background in management and client service has helped him transition into the valuation profession and supports his ability to contribute effectively to both team projects and client engagements.

Spending time outdoors playing basketball with friends, helping with yard work, and playing guitar at my church’s youth group.
