Mark founded HMS Valuation Partners (originally Health Management Solutions, LLC) in October 1996. Along with overall firm management, Mark’s primary responsibilities include product development, client development, and direct involvement with high-profile engagements.
Experienced
With thousands of completed valuation engagements and decades of experience in healthcare valuation, Mark has handled virtually every form of healthcare valuation engagement, ranging from business valuations to management services agreements. He has provided valuation and consultative support for economic transactions involving healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices across the country.
Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. He completed his graduate studies at Tulane University, earning both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Systems Management.
