Mark Flint founded HMS Valuation Partners (originally Health Management Solutions, LLC) in October 1996. Along with overall firm management, Mark’s primary responsibilities include product development, client development, and direct involvement with high-profile engagements.

Experienced

Mark’s extensive experience in the healthcare valuation field is the result of completing thousands of valuation engagements and overseeing fair market value opinions across the firm. He has handled all forms of healthcare valuations, ranging from business valuations to management services agreements, and has been involved in numerous economic transactions providing valuation and consultative support to healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician medical practices. His client base spans to all 50 states and extends internationally.

Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. He completed his graduate studies at Tulane University, earning both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Systems Management.
