Whitney Donovan joined HMS Valuation Partners in 2022 and provides research and analysis to derive the fair market value (FMV) range associated with the goods and services (space, furniture, equipment, and other services) utilized in medical office timeshare lease arrangements. She also participates with the fixed asset valuation team in providing market research for fixed assets that range from general office furniture to complex ancillary equipment.

Whitney primarily focuses on agreements with medical facilities entering into shared space allocation arrangements, traditional timeshare contracts, and FFE lease arrangements.  She manages the multiple levels of coordination and correspondence between the various parties that is required to compile all necessary details for each client.

Experienced

Whitney is a graduate of Louisiana College with a B.S. in Pre-Physical Therapy and Nicholls State University with a Master of Business Administration.  She has six years of experience in data analytics, including business intelligence roles for the Baton Rouge General Health Systems before joining HMS.

Well-Rounded

Whitney’s experience in research and financial analyses has led to her being well-rounded in her approach to her work.  Throughout her career she has proven to be highly motivated and adaptable to whatever project is thrown her way.  Her work experience across various industries has also allowed her to build comfort in working through a wide variety of complex arrangements.  Having managed multiple high-level projects along with her tenacity, attention to detail, and eagerness to dig into each new project are qualities her clients appreciate.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
Taking rides in the helicopter with my dad. Spending time at the beach with my cousins. I also enjoyed playing office with my sister where we would each set up our own businesses.

 As a big kid, I like to. . .
Spend time running outdoors and training for various races. I also love being a leader with Young Life and spending time hanging out with my small group girls.

 One of the things I hope to do. . .
Have an urban farm. My husband and I also hope to own a few rental properties.
