Whitney Donovan joined HMS Valuation Partners in 2022 and provides research and analysis to support fair market value (FMV) ranges for goods and services associated with medical office timeshare lease arrangements, including space, furniture, equipment, and related services. She also works with the fixed asset valuation team to conduct market research across a range of assets, from general office furniture to complex ancillary equipment.

Whitney focuses on shared space allocation agreements, traditional timeshare contracts, and FFE lease arrangements. She coordinates communication among multiple stakeholders to gather the information needed for each engagement and ensure accurate, well-supported analyses.

Experienced

Whitney is a graduate of Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy and Nicholls State University with a Master of Business Administration. She has six years of experience in data analytics, including business intelligence roles with Baton Rouge General Health System before joining HMS.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were. . .
Taking rides in the helicopter with my dad, spending time at the beach with my cousins, and playing “office” with my sister, where we would each set up our own businesses.

 As a big kid, I like to. . .
Run outdoors and train for various races. I also enjoy serving as a leader with Young Life and spending time with my small group girls.

Have an urban farm. My husband and I also hope to own a few rental properties.
