Zechariah Bowman joins HMS Valuation Partners as a Valuation Analyst, where he brings his expertise in financial reporting, client relations, and project analysis to strengthen the team’s capacity for delivering high-quality, data-driven insights. With his strong background as a financial analyst for one of the top home builders in Louisiana, Zechariah plays a key role in supporting the compensation valuation team by conducting in-depth market research and managing the entry of critical financial and productivity data for sophisticated modeling, benchmarking, and analysis.  He also works closely with valuation analysts on high-impact, strategic projects, and contributes to the development of our comprehensive valuations and consulting reports, which guide critical decision-making for clients.

Experienced
Zechariah holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of New Orleans. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and a diverse background in both finance and customer service, he is well-equipped to deliver precise financial reporting and cultivate strong client relationships. His analytical skills and commitment to accuracy make him a valuable asset to HMS, where he is positioned to support the team’s growth and client satisfaction through meticulous financial analysis and reporting.

Value Outside Work

My favorite things to do as a kid were…. 

I enjoyed playing sports with friends. My family was also big on taking family trips where we would go hiking, skiing, and just enjoy the outdoors.

As a big kid, I like to… 

Go to Pelican games. I have been a season ticket holder for 6 years now so whenever that is in season you can find me in the Blender (Smoothie King Center).

One of the things I hope to do… 

I would hope to travel to all 50 states one day.
