Many Health Systems have timeshare arrangements in place that were calculated in-house and have concerns if their existing arrangements are within Fair Market Value. HMS can work with your Facility to review your procedures for determining the current Fair Market timeshare rental rates. Through this process HMS will be provided all of the existing timeshare arrangements, but will request to perform more detailed review of a small sample that could include interviews with both parties to understand the space utilized, services provided, etc. This interview process will allow us to understand the steps your particular Facility took in determining the timeshare rental rate. Should HMS see areas for a more compliant arrangement we will provide summary tips and analysis to consider.
